A Night in Paris

READY!

Bienvenue à Paris

I'm so excited and in LOVE with my pictures. I was ecstatic with how everything turned out and how much of a blast I had. I haven't celebrated my birthday like this since my 25th birthday and now I turn 32. Time flies when you're having fun. I wanted this year to be one that I remember for a long time. This night did make one of those "A Night to Remember"

The top picture was the entrance table. Paris to me is all about lights, flowers, feathers, chic, diamonds and pearls. Of course killer shoes! Besides hydrangea tulips are also a favorite of mine.
I had all my family and friends sign a frame for me. Which I love and now it's hang in my Scraproom.

This all took place in my backyard. I use my kids swing set as props. When we had planned this I had a vision of having everyone one walking in and feel like they were in fact in Paris. Just in a complete different era. When you walked in the fence was light up there was lights in the air like stars and flowers everywhere. The Eiffel Tower was one of my favorite. My hubby being who he is found a way to light it up for me.
Plenty of flowers like hydrangea, tulips, lilies, and baby's breath. I wanted FLOWERS!!!! This box was made with a regular box and covered in scrapbook paper. Do you see this adorable Pink Poodle? You'll see her throughout my party. When looking for Parisian images I bumped into one of my favorite vendors. She's actually here in Miami, FL and I'm sure all of you are familiar with her beautiful art work. Linnette from Paper Glitter. Have you passed by her page? I love all of her designs and just fell in love with the poodle when I saw it.

More Flowers!!!!

The items where bought at Home Goods. Each table had one of these fabulous candelabras. They gave the tables the touch that I had wanted. I even bought 2 different cake stands with the same design. Just in love with them.

This idea I had got no other than Genevieve from Celebration TODAY... The superchick way! Her posts always make me laugh and smile. Never mind her design. I had first seen Genevieve on Children's Party Network when she had done the cones out of cereal boxes. What I thought it was Da bomb! Thank you for inspiring me!

The food where catered by a French Bakery Delices-France and Publix. The marshmallow pops where done us. The Chocolate covered Oreos where done by Kim from Sweeties by Kim. I found her on Etsy and boy I'm glad I did. Isn't she talented? The designs and TASTE were absolutely fantastic. I also met another talented lady Sara from Dandy Delights she made the Eiffel Tower. I was approached by Sara through Children's party Network about my penguin cupcake toppers. I'm so happy she did, aren't the Eiffel Towers beautiful? They also were fantastic. I was introduced to these cake balls last year. Milly from SweetSational. She's also here in Miami. When you have one you can't stop.

Well I have been bragging about my cake lady being Cecilia Borges now you get to meet her and me. As always my cake was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. All the little lines you see it was done by hand. My poor Ceci, but it came out amazing! She has ideas for cakes that go perfect for your theme. THANK YOU!

This is me and my mom. Isn't she just beautiful? I have a lot of special people in my world and she's one of them. My very first fan that I ever had since I was born is my mom. I cannot express enough how LUCKY I am to have her as a mother. She is my mom, my best friend, and my world. We laugh, act silly, and have outrageous ideas. She helps my ideas come alive. I love you mom.

I want to say I love you all. Thank you for coming and celebrating my 30's like if I was sixteen again.
A special thank you to my hubby and daddy for helping us in all of our loonieness. Last but not least
I wanted to introduce to you my make up lady. I wish I looked like this every day, but I don't. Cindy Sellati she's the one that made me look beautiful on this special night.

I hope you all enjoyed the photographs. They were taken by Photography by Santy Martinez who is a wonderful photographer. I love the pictures and highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed in his images. You can visit his Blog to see all of his beautiful work.

Thank you to all the vendors.
